Supplies
- Brownie mix
- Cookies ‘N Cream
- 2 Round or square brownie pans
- Whipped cream
Steps
- Mix together the brownies according to the box instructions. You can use one box of brownie mix for a thin brownie layer. We used and recommend two for thicker layers.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and pour brownie mix into two pans. You can sprinkle a non-stick pan with sifted flour to make it easier to remove brownies after baking.
- Bake according to the pan size and time on the box instructions.
- Remove from oven and let cool for at least an hour.
- Soften Cookies 'N Cream ice cream until the consistency is spreadable but not melting. Spread a layer of ice cream on one pan of brownies.
- Place the other pan of brownies in warm water for easy removal and flip the pan upside carefully.
- Remove the brownie layer from the pan. You can use a plastic spatula to assist if it is stuck.
- Place the second layer of brownie on top of the ice cream and brownie layers.
- Spread another layer of Cookies 'N Cream followed by a layer of whipped cream.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours and serve.
