Summer is officially underway and two of our favorite summer treats are: iced coffee and ice cream. Separate, these two are delicious but put them together and they are irresistible! Some people have their own tips and tricks to make the perfect cup of iced coffee, but here are a few of our own tricks and a favorite recipe.
Tips
- Mix the sugar and any creamers in while the coffee is hot for easy, even dissolving.
- Chill the coffee a bit to avoid watering it down.
- Make ice cubes from coffee instead of water to really prevent watering down the coffee flavor!

- Creamer (optional)
- Sugar (optional)
- Mooocaccino ice cream

- Whipped cream
Steps
- Brew your coffee and mix in the creamer and sugar to taste. Chill for about 15 minutes or until cool.
- Pour cooled coffee into blender.
- Warm up about 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and pour it into the blender. Blend on low speed for one minute or until the syrup is evenly dispersed.

Getting a cup of iced coffee that tastes like or even better than one from the coffee shop can seem impossible. However, with a little quality ice cream and coffee and these tips, it can happen! For some Mooocaccino ice cream, find a Cold Cow distributor near you.
