Melt-In-Your-Mouth Ice Cream Sandwiches

Some of you may have heard of some infamous, non-melting ice cream sandwiches. In light of this recent news, some ice cream sandwiches are getting a bad wrap. So, we decided to make our very own list of ice cream sandwiches that you can make on your own! (And we promise, these ones will melt.)

S'more Ice Cream Sandwiches

Supplies

Graham crackers
Chocolate
Gimme S'more Moo ice cream

Steps

  1. Take your two graham crackers and place them on a serving plate.
  2. Place a scoop of Gimme S'more Moo ice cream in the center of one of the crackers.
  3. Drizzle melted chocolate onto the scoop of ice cream. You can either melt chocolate or use chocolate syrup. If using melted chocolate, melt before step 2 to avoid melting the ice cream.
  4. Top the ice cream with the other graham cracker and eat up!
If you liked this ice cream sandwich recipe, here are some other easy but delicious ones to check out!

Doughnut Ice Cream Sandwiches

You can make this recipe super simple by just buying your favorite doughnut and ice cream flavor. Cut the doughnut in half so each side looks like a bundt and scoop in your ice cream. We recommend chocolate doughnuts with our Vanilla Moo or another vanilla flavor!

Birthday Cake Ice Cream Sandwiches

For this one, you'll need sugar cookies and Party Time, also known as birthday cake ice cream. To make the sandwiches extra festive you can add a few drops of color to the cookie dough mix before baking. Simply put a scoop of Party Time in between two sugar cookies to make this delicious creation.
