May is BBQ Month and what better way to celebrate than plan a barbecue featuring some of your favorite food and dessert! Below is a recipe for one of our favorite cookout desserts, Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream. Plus, we've added a few more dessert ideas that you can test out at your next party!
Grilled Peaches and Ice Cream
What you’ll need:
- Peaches Halved
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Olive Oil
- Cinnamon
- Honey

Directions:
- Cut peaches into halves and pit them.
- Once the pit is removed, be sure to wash them thoroughly.
- Using a brush, coat the peaches in olive oil.
- Place the halves on a grill or frying pan with the core down for 3 minutes.
- Flip over. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey on them.
- Grill for another 2-3 minutes or until slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and place in serving bowls. Scoop vanilla ice cream into the pits and enjoy!
