How to Make Marshmallow Ice Cream Sandwich Treats

Ice cream is delicious on it’s own, but occasionally we like to experiment and pair it with some other delicious treats. One of our favorite creations is Marshmallow Ice Cream Sandwich Treats!  You can try them out too with the recipe below:

What you'll need:
3 tablespoons butter
1 bag marshmallows
5-6 cups Cereal
Ice Cream
Instructions
Heat butter in a non-stick pan on the stove until nearly melted.  Then stir in the marshmallows until they have melted into the butter mix.  Stir in the cereal and slowly remove from heat.  Spread the mixture on a cake pan covered with wax/parchment paper.  Let cool for 15-20 minutes. Cut into small squares. Once cooled, spread ice cream onto one marshmallow treat and top it with another.

Our favorite ice cream flavors to pair with marshmallow treats are:
Strawberry
