One of the best things about Game Day is the food. We love the snacks, barbequed food, and tasty appetizers, but we especially love the game day dessert! This year we plan on getting our game on with one of these delicious Ice Cream Stadium Sundaes from In Katrina’s Kitchen.
Here’s what you’ll need:
Bowl shaped ice cream sundae bowls
Royal Icing (Grey and white)
Multicolored sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Pipe the grey royal icing into the waffle bowl to make sections for stadium seats. Let it dry for 1-2 hours.
2. Once dry, cover inside the sections with a thin layer of icing. Put sprinkles on the icing until they cover all the sections and form a ring. Let dry for 5 hours.
3. Now you are ready to put your Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream in the bowl! Flatten it down and use white icing to pipe the football field.
4. You can use small colored candies and other sundae toppings as players to make your own football plays!
