Last week we showed you samples of cakes that looked like
ice cream. This week, we’re presenting ice cream cones that are actually
cupcakes!
It’s such a nifty idea, and apparently you can set the ice
cream cones into muffin tins and bake them without too much fuss. The cupcake batter
inside expands to fill the cone without breaking it, and any overflow at the
top becomes a scoop of ice cream by using some fancy icing skills.
